May 2022- Professor Christof Külske was hosted by Arnaud Le Ny (LAMA/UPEC) for one month.
This visit will be to collaborate on a program they are currently running online in collaboration with Dr. Loren Coquille (UGA Grenoble) about the extremal decomposition of the “free states” for spins models on trees. In this framework, central in Mathematical statistical mechanics, “free states” corresponds to the joint probability measures of correlated random variables (spins) obtained by taking free boundary conditions, which is the most usual way processes taken on trees in Probability therory or in signal processing
